High Pressure Systems

High pressure systems are essential for conducting reliable testing of pressurized hydraulic equipment and components in Oil and Gas drilling and production operations. These systems also play a crucial role in supplying pressure to hydraulic well head control systems for chemical injection. As the Oil and Gas industry continues to evolve, the need for high pressure systems becomes even more vital to achieve optimal productivity.

Primarily, high pressure systems are used for testing BOP stacks and kill & choke lines, as well as wellheads in the oil and gas sectors. At SunPower Gen, we understand the unique needs of our customers, and as such, we have designed high pressure systems that can generate pressure up to 5000 bar, using oil or water as a medium. Our design is centered around the oscillating pressure intensifier technique, allowing the high-pressure systems to operate with an inlet pressure of (4-8bar).

All our high-pressure systems are constructed with high-quality SS316 grade steel frames to withstand harsh environmental conditions and provide an excellent life cycle for the product.
